During your private sessions I'll
watch, listen and guide you toward a healthier mind-body-spirit through yoga practice. Moving your body through poses nourishes all parts of your being both inside and out. You become stronger, more stable and grounded. Yogic breathing is a powerful way to create a stable and calm mind. Breathing in ease breathing out peace.

Group classes are lovely yet if your practice is truly going to flourish you have to roll out the mat frequently and on your own. In private classes you get the added benefit of customized classes that suit your needs right here right now. You may also need encouragement,  direction or advice on a wellness lifestyle. Each class is uniquely yours.

Signature Yoga Jane classes:

Beginners Mind  6-week series designed for those completely new to yoga. You'll learn foundational asanas and practice yogic breathing including deep relaxation.   1-hour classes. $395

Restore my Soul Restorative Yoga using props, blankets and deep relaxation techniques. Great for those who are exhausted, healing or need to slow down. 90 minutes of bliss. $75

Go with the Flow is a flowing practice engaging the body fully through sun salutations, standing poses, balancing poses, twists, hip-openers and inversions. Want to learn more advanced poses? Or create heat and strength? Go with the Flow! 75 minute classes are $75, $65 for couples

Simplicity Meditation  Learn how to meditate in a simple and powerful way. You know why you want to meditate and now you need specific technique, clarity and focus. Each 1 hour session gives you guided practice and space to practice in quietude. $60

My private sessions always weave yoga practice, meditation and healthy lifestyle together. Lets go deeper and develop a clear understanding of your needs and what you need to do to "feel better now."  If you are facing a stressful transition, injury or illness private classes are your own sanctuary.
